5 week mark with ADF

This was not such good week, i have been busy doing all kind of stuff and been neglecting the walks, but i'm going to pick that up this week.

Method -  Alternate Day Fasting
Lost weight this week - 200g
Lost weight total -
4.6 kg
Eat day calories this week - about 2000-2500 (should be around 1500)
Fast day calories this week - about 600-700 (should be around 500)

No drinking of alcohol

Only drink water, coffee w. milk or stevia drinks

No junk food what so everwin

No sugar (candy, soda etc.) what so everfail - ice cream on day

Downsize the carbohydrates

Daily walk

The goal - 1.25 kg (2.75 lbs)weight loss per week
