Today is one of those days that, when everything is crammed in to one day, appointment after appointment. And if something is going wrong it would be today (only positive thoughts here, hehe).
First "Workday" on fasting
This is my first kinda "workday" on alternate day fasting, and today is a fast day. Hopefully it goes smooth, i think it would, but, there can always be something that doesn't calculate up. So on thing to do, is not to drink so much coffee, as the lightheadedness is a effect of that, to much coffee and no food. Not a good combo.
