Strange dreams
After second day of fasting, i had dreams about food. Strange pizza made like a bowl with some grease floatings inside, and a big leg of carved meat. There was other things but that what i remembered.
No hunger
But actually i did not woke up hungry at all, i felt pretty good and the i had my first coffee and soon enough i get something to eat, but the hunger is not at all bad, thought it would be much worse. Last evening/nite was much worse, than this morning in that aspect, until i fell to sleep. It was a wicked felling to go to sleep with a hunger.
Water case
Last nite was kinda a weird, i toke a zip of a water and i felt it down my stomach and 30 seconds later i had to go to the bathroom. Tho i don't see any connection, as i had been drinking water and coffee all day. But the water drinking is a way to counteract the fasting, with out the water it would be a really bad idea.
