Did a little weight in today, and have lost 4.2kg (9.259 lbs) this far since i started the alternate day fasting. Today was a eat day, so couple of hard boiled eggs for breakfast, went out to eat some lunch, and got some Indian sambal chicken with naan bread and rice. Made dinner at home (just ate) salmon with pineapple, pepper, salt and chili flakes and hollandaise sauce and rice. There was some rice and salomon left for tomorrow's meal to. Lots of spicy food today, they say that spicy food charge up the metabolism in your body and in moderate term are good for you.
The sambal chicken is made in the same why as the tikka masala, but they add the sambal to it. |
