This is how planned to loss weight:
Health
- No drinking of alcohol
- Only drink water
- No junk food what so ever
- No suger what so ever
- Downsize the carbohydrates
- 1 hour daily walk.
This is what my schedule say for the next ten weeks.
And after the tens weeks, to stick to the program,
and not get in to temptations.
